These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the m3toto online betting platform ("Platform", "Service", "Site") operated by m3toto ("we", "us", "our", "Company"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of our services, you ("User", "you", "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform.
m3toto operates under international gaming licenses issued by offshore jurisdictions and is not licensed by or registered with Indonesian government authorities. Online gambling occupies a legally ambiguous space in Indonesia. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of this Platform complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction. For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older to register an Account and use the Platform. By registering, you confirm and warrant that you meet this age requirement. m3toto reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all bets voided, and funds returned to the deposit source after deduction of any administrative fees.
The Platform is intended for users residing in Indonesia. Users residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law are not permitted to register or use the Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your country, state, or locality.
To register an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You may only register one (1) Account per person. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts registered using false information will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds or winnings.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login information with any third party. You agree to notify m3toto immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security. m3toto will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.
m3toto is required to verify the identity of all users to prevent fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, and other illegal activities. You agree to provide, upon request, copies of government-issued identification documents such as your KTP (Indonesian Identity Card), passport, or driver's license. You may also be required to provide proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.
m3toto accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process.
Deposits are typically processed instantly for most bank transfers and e-wallet transactions. In some cases, processing may take up to fifteen (15) minutes depending on the payment provider. m3toto does not charge fees for deposits, but your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.
All deposits and Account balances are held in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 25,000 for e-wallet deposits unless otherwise stated.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your Account are derived from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any illegal activity. m3toto reserves the right to request documentation proving the source of your funds. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in Account suspension and return of funds to the original deposit source.
You may request a withdrawal of your Real Money Balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
Withdrawal requests are processed according to the following timelines:
Requests submitted outside business hours or on weekends are processed the next business day. First-time withdrawals require KYC verification and may take an additional 1-2 hours.
Standard withdrawal limits apply unless you have achieved higher VIP status. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier and payment method. Large withdrawals exceeding established limits may be paid in installments over multiple days for security purposes.
m3toto does not charge fees for withdrawals. However, your receiving bank or e-wallet provider may deduct their own transfer or receiving fees.
To comply with anti-money laundering regulations, you must wager your deposited funds at least one (1) time before requesting a withdrawal. Suspicious patterns of deposits and immediate withdrawals with minimal or no betting activity may trigger additional verification requirements or Account review.
All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that are displayed on the promotion page at the time of the offer. These terms include but are not limited to: minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements (turnover conditions), maximum bet limits while bonus is active, game contribution percentages, and validity periods.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., "30x bonus"). Different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering: slots typically contribute 100%, table games 10-20%, and live casino games vary by specific game.
m3toto reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel bets, and close Accounts in cases of suspected bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, betting patterns designed to guarantee profit (e.g., opposite bets on roulette), or any other activity deemed to be exploiting promotional terms unfairly.
m3toto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a promotion cancellation, bonuses already credited to user Accounts will remain valid subject to their original terms.
All bets placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring that your bet selections and stake amounts are correct before confirmation. m3toto will not cancel, modify, or void bets after confirmation except in cases of obvious error, technical malfunction, or where required by our betting rules.
Maximum payout limits apply to certain bet types and sporting events. These limits are displayed in the betting rules for each sport or game category. Winnings exceeding the maximum payout limit will be paid at the maximum amount only.
If a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled before completion, bets may be voided and stakes returned according to the specific sport rules. In the event of obvious errors in odds, palpable mistakes, or technical malfunctions that result in incorrect odds being offered, m3toto reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Obvious errors include but are not limited to: incorrect odds displayed due to human error or system malfunction, bets accepted after an event has started when live betting was not intended, or incorrect game results posted.

If you feel your gambling is becoming a problem, you have the right to self-exclude from the Platform for a specified period (ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion). During the self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. To activate self-exclusion, contact our customer support team.
m3toto operates a strict policy against underage gambling. Individuals under 21 years of age are prohibited from registering, depositing, or betting on the Platform. We employ age verification measures and reserve the right to request identification documents at any time to verify user age.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, bet voidance, and forfeiture of funds:
m3toto reserves the right to suspend or close your Account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited activities, or if required by law or regulatory authorities. In cases of Account closure due to Terms violations, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned after deduction of any amounts owed to m3toto.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing your Account, you must withdraw or forfeit any remaining balance. Once closed, your Account cannot be reopened.
While m3toto strives to maintain continuous Platform availability, we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or free from errors, interruptions, or technical malfunctions. m3toto shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from Platform downtime, maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. m3toto does not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, m3toto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game content, is the property of m3toto or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written permission from m3toto.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
m3toto reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email, Platform notification, or prominent notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Platform after such notice constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which m3toto is licensed and operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations with our customer support team. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the jurisdiction governing this agreement.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, such provision shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
